Pallav Thakkar

President & CEO

Pallav Thakkar founded iVision in 2007, and through his leadership and over 25 years of experience, has assembled a group of like-minded, hard-working, quality-focused professionals that has transformed iVision to one of the fastest growing small businesses in the Nation. Pallav also serves as the Chief Technology Officer for iVision, focusing on agile and business outcome-driven solutions for clients. With Pallav's leadership and technical acumen, iVision's innovative solutions working with a range of technologies using Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and other low-code platforms to deliver critical solutions for clients to meet their business needs. The excellence of iVision’s solutions have been highlighted in industry-leading business and research organizations, such as Forbes and the International Data Corporation (IDC).

Pallav began his professional career as a technology consultant and enterprise architect for large and small businesses. He holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland College Park.


Chaitali Thakkar

Chief Operations Officer

Since iVision’s inception in 2007, Chaitali Thakkar has been using her creative vision, business acumen, and excellent insight into company management to enhance operations as iVision's Chief Operations Officer. Bringing together her years of experience as an investment advisor managing a $60 million portfolio along with developing and executing human capital strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, she oversees the company's day-to-day corporate operations, including contracts management, human resources, quality control, and training.


Brian Lang

Vice President

Brian Lang is a passionate strategist and senior leader with 20+ years of experience delivering impactful solutions for clients in the private and public sectors. Since joining iVision in 2019, Brian has led several IT transformation efforts at the Department of Commerce, including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He has been instrumental in business development and delivery of iVision's enterprise IT offerings.

Prior to iVision, Brian served in leadership positions for various companies supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Energy (DOE), and other large commercial entities, such as banks and financial institutions. In these positions, he led the delivery of strategic solutions across a wide range of disciplines, including financial management and process optimization. Brian has an MBA in Finance from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a BBA from the George Washington University.


Hee Ahn

Vice President

Hee Ahn is an award-winning senior leader with over 20 years of successful management and technology consulting experience. Hee has directed iVision’s growth strategy since joining the company in 2018. In this role, he establishes strategic relationships with industry partners and leading vendors, as well as leading business development and capture management efforts. Hee also leads iVision's delivery of services for federal clients in the health and civilian markets.

Prior to iVision, Hee served in leadership and management positions for various big-five consulting companies and successful small-to-midsize firms. Hee holds an MBA from Strayer University and a BS in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University. He also completed several professional courses from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Johns Hopkins University. He also possesses multiple professional certifications.


Lydia Wright

Director of Proposals and Marketing

Lydia Wright is a passionate proposal management professional with proven success developing winning proposals for industry-leading firms for federal civilian and defense agencies. Since joining iVision in 2021, Lydia has created and managed strategy-driven and customer-focused proposals, focusing on win strategies, process efficiencies, and overall compliance. Combining her expertise of the federal procurement process with her experience in marketing strategy and branding, Lydia oversees the company’s proposal portfolio and marketing vision to support iVision’s continued growth.

Prior to iVision, Lydia served in proposal and marketing positions for entities with over $300 million in annual revenue, supporting business development, operations, and subject matter experts. She holds a BBA from the University of Oklahoma, Michael F. Price College of Business.
