HUBZone Sole Source

iVision Consulting participates in the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) HUBZone Program, which provides federal contracting assistance for qualified small business concerns located in historically underutilized business zones in an effort to increase employment opportunities, investment, and economic development in such areas

A Contracting Officer may award contracts to HUBZone small business concerns on a sole source basis without considering small business set-asides provided:

Only one qualified HUBZone small business can satisfy the requirement
Two or more qualified HUBZone businesses are not likely to submit offers
The anticipated award price of the proposed contract, including options, will not exceed: 1) $6.5 million for a requirement within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for manufacturing or 2) million for a requirement within any other NAICS codes
The requirement is not currently being performed by an 8(a) small business concern
The acquisition is greater than the simplified acquisition threshold
The HUBZone small business concern has been determined to be a responsible contractor with respect to performance; and
An award can be made at a fair and reasonable price.

FAA eFAST (Prime Contractor)

iVision Consulting is a prime contract awardee on the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) Master Ordering Agreement (MOA). eFAST serves as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide a range of technical, professional, and support services to the FAA, and on a limited basis and when in the best interest of the Government, by all federal government agencies.

iVision Consulting has been awarded two functional areas: Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD) and Computer Systems Support (CSS).

GSA 8(a) STARS III (Joint Venture)

Rackner Vision, LLC, a Joint Venture between iVision Consulting and Rackner, Inc., is a prime contract awardee on the GSA 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). 8(a) STARS III is a Best-in-Class GWAC that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions and expanded capabilities for emerging technologies from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners.

8(a) STARS III is available for use by all government departments and agencies through the issuance of task orders.

NIH CIO-SP3 (Subcontractor)

iVision Consulting is a subcontractor to a prime contract awardee on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) CIO-SP3 IDIQ contract. The CIO-SP3 IDIQ, administered by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), provides streamlined procurement of IT services and solutions.

CIO-SP3 is available for use by all government departments and agencies through the issuance of task orders.

CMS SPARC (Subcontractor)

iVision Consulting is a subcontractor to a prime contract awardee on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) vehicle. CMS SPARC is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract. It is available to all components within Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.

The purpose of this contract is to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems.

GSA OASIS SB Pool 1 (Subcontractor)

iVision Consulting is a subcontractor to a prime contract awardee on Pool 1 of the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) contract vehicle. OASIS SB is a multiple-award, OMB-designated “best-in-class” IDIQ contract vehicle aimed at providing services to all federal agencies to help meet their professional service mission requirements. The contract vehicle’s scope includes communication, defense, health, security, transportation, compliance, environment, energy, disaster, financial, and intelligence.

NRC GLINDA (Subcontractor)

iVision Consulting is a subcontractor to one of four large business prime contract awardees on the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Global Infrastructure and Development Acquisition (GLINDA) contract vehicle.

The scope of the contract vehicle is to provide NRC with various IT services including systems and software analysis and design, computer programming, service desk support, data center support, configuration management, testing, and troubleshooting, along with transformative services.

NOAA Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS) (Subcontractor)

iVision Consulting is a subcontractor to a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a Small Business. The $2.1B NMITS multiple-award small business set aside contract designed to help NOAA meet its IT requirements. NMITS Task Orders may have a period of performance up to 60 months past the ordering period, for a total period of up to 15 years.

The NMITS contract provides NOAA-wide coverage for IT Core Management Components and Service Areas as well as Cross-cutting services that support the government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global NOAA IT needs vital to the oceanic and atmospheric observing needs of the United States (US). The services and capabilities supported by the NMITS contract provide adaptive and timely solutions for NOAA organizations to satisfy current and future IT requirements.

SEC ONE IT (Subcontractor)

iVision Consulting is a subcontractor to one of the awardees on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) One IT IDIQ. The SEC One IT IDIQ serves as a streamlined, common, and flexible contracting vehicle to procure IT services that will enable the SEC’s divisions and offices to meet the SEC’s strategic mission and objectives.
