Pallav Thakkar founded iVision Consulting in 2007, and through his leadership and over 25 years of experience, has built a team of dedicated, quality-focused professionals. Under his leadership, iVision Consulting has grown into one of the fastest-growing small businesses in the nation. Pallav also serves as the Chief Technology Officer, driving agile, business outcome-driven solutions and harnessing a diverse range of technologies—including Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and other low-code platforms—to deliver mission-critical solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs. iVision Consulting’s excellence has been recognized by industry-leading business and research organizations, such as Forbes and the International Data Corporation (IDC).

Pallav began his professional career as a technology consultant and enterprise architect for large and small businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland College Park.

Chaitali oversees all facets of day-to-day operations, including contracts management, human resources, quality control, and training, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Hee Ahn is an award-winning senior leader with over 20 years of successful management and technology consulting experience. Hee has directed iVision’s growth strategy since joining the company in 2018. In this role, he establishes strategic relationships with industry partners and leading vendors, as well as leading business development and capture management efforts. Hee also leads iVision's delivery of services for federal clients in the health and civilian markets.

Prior to iVision, Hee served in leadership and management positions for various big-five consulting companies and successful small-to-midsize firms. Hee holds an MBA from Strayer University and a BS in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University. He also completed several professional courses from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Johns Hopkins University. He also possesses multiple professional certifications.

Vice President of IT Service Delivery and Client Relations

Brian Lang is a passionate strategist and senior leader with over 20 years of experience delivering impactful solutions for clients in the private and public sectors. Since joining iVision Consulting in 2019, Brian has led several IT transformation efforts at the Department of Commerce, including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He has been instrumental in business development and delivery of iVision Consulting's enterprise IT offerings.

Prior to iVision, Brian served in leadership positions for various companies supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Energy (DOE), and other large commercial entities, such as banks and financial institutions. In these positions, he led the delivery of strategic solutions across a wide range of disciplines, including financial management and process optimization.

Brian has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University.

Dr. Stephen D. Gantz (CISSP-ISSAP, CEH, CGEIT, CRISC, CDPSE, CIPP/G, C|CISO) is an information security executive with over 25 years of experience in security and privacy management, enterprise architecture, systems development and integration, and strategic planning. He has served in leadership roles including Chief Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer for more than 15 years. He currently serves as the Vice President of Cybersecurity, Risk, and Technology Architectures at iVision Consulting, aligning technology strategies with our mission and business objectives while safeguarding our critical information assets.

Dr. Gantz’s work experience in the federal sector includes delivering enterprise architecture and systems integration projects for multiple civilian and defense agencies and extensive security assessment and compliance auditing, including serving as a FedRAMP Lead Assessor for a third-party assessment organization (3PAO) and overseeing agency-wide cloud security operations for two large health agencies. In addition to serving federal and state government agencies, his industry experience includes health, financial services, insurance, higher education, and manufacturing.

Dr. Gantz is actively engaged in helping information workers develop their cybersecurity knowledge and awareness, having published books on federal information security management and IT auditing practices. He teaches courses on security and cloud computing as an adjunct Professor of Information Assurance in the Graduate School at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). Dr. Gantz earned his doctorate in management from UMGC, a master’s degree in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a bachelor’s degree in history and science at Harvard University.

As the Director of Quality and Process Optimization, she serves as a trusted advisor, overseeing continuous improvement, quality assurance and compliance, while driving operational excellence to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Prior to joining iVision Consulting, Ms. Hull led organizations through complex certifications, including CMMI for Development, Services, Data, Security, and various ISO standards (9001, 20000-1, 27001, 14001, 42001), often single-handedly. Ms. Hull's expertise spans the full spectrum of quality management, from developing and implementing quality systems to conducting audits, managing risks, and training staff. Her background as a seasoned process engineer provides a strong foundation in process management, project management, and quality assurance within federal projects. She excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and coaching stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executives. Ms. Hull's proven ability to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of quality, combined with her commitment to supporting and empowering others, makes her a valuable asset to any organization.
